Job summary

The HR BP of Health and Community Services (HCS) manages a team of HR Consultants aligned exclusively to the Health and Community Services department of Government of Jersey. The role will also be aligned to provide HR support to a number of our services.

Health is one of the most complex areas of Government and brings with it many challenges, meaning it isn’t attractive to everyone. However, it is equally a highly rewarding area to work in with access and involvement in many high impact and high profile People areas that will have a direct impact on the morale and engagement of the workforce and therefore directly improve the experience of patients.

As well as the key areas of work within HCS, the HR BP will be responsible for supporting our plans to utilise all the central L&D and OD initiatives such increasing our uptake of apprentices, enhancing our training and Continuous Personal Development offers too.
