Position Overview:As a TikTok Creator for Headstart, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and posting TikTok videos that resonate with our brand and audience. You’ll have the freedom to showcase your creativity, leveraging trends and your unique style to drive engagement, followers, and brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

• Create and curate TikTok content that aligns with our brand and values.
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends and utilize them to boost our presence.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to brainstorm ideas and content strategies.
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality, short-form videos that grab attention.
• Interact with followers, respond to comments, and foster a sense of community.
• Monitor analytics and adjust content strategy based on performance metrics.
• Keep the TikTok channel active, posting regularly and maintaining a consistent schedule.

Qualifications:

• Passion for TikTok and a deep understanding of the platform.
• Proven track record of creating viral and engaging TikTok content.
• Strong video editing skills and knowledge of editing software.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
