Headstart offers live virtual wellness sessions lead by world-class instructors and coaches. Our sessions blend breathwork, mindfulness, and sound therapy into 15-minute to 30-min experiences optimized for emotional and physical rejuvenation.

With over 20 live session options daily from 6 AM to 9 PM ET, Headstart members have access to a variety of sessions to suit their needs and schedules. Our instructors are highly trained in their modalities and have experience leading sessions for top wellness brands. They craft each session to leave participants feeling refreshed and revitalized in just 15 minutes.

The brevity and variety of Headstart’s sessions make it an ideal solution for busy individuals looking to consistently prioritize their mental and physical health each day. By focusing sessions on a single wellness technique in each short session, our instructors are able to guide participants to a profound sense of rejuvenation and, clarity efficiently and effectively.

Job Summary:

As the Radio Show Host/Hostess – you will be the charismatic voice and driving force behind our radio show, captivating listeners with your exceptional motivational skills and contagious positivity. Through your empowering messages and engaging delivery, you will connect with our audience on a deep level, inspiring them to embrace their full potential and pursue their dreams fearlessly. Key Responsibilities:

• Host an engaging daily radio show focused on positive motivation, personal development, and empowerment.
• Prepare and research inspirational content, stories, and interviews that resonate with the audience.
• Craft compelling scripts and deliver them with authenticity, energy, and enthusiasm.
• Connect with listeners on-air and through social media, responding to messages and fostering a sense of community.
• Collaborate with the production team to create innovative segments, contests, and promotions to enhance the show’s appeal.
• Conduct interviews with notable guests who can share their inspiring stories and expertise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Radio Show Host/Hostess, Motivational Speaker, or similar role, with a demonstrable portfolio of successful shows and positive audience feedback.
• Exceptional communication skills, both on-air and in interpersonal interactions.
• Profound passion for motivating and uplifting others, with a genuine belief in the power of positivity.
• Adept at crafting persuasive scripts and delivering motivational messages with sincerity and conviction.
• Deep understanding of motivational principles and personal development concepts.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic radio environment while maintaining composure and enthusiasm.
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• A magnetic personality, captivating presence, and the ability to create an emotional connection with the audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, Psychology, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
