Headmasters have an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Coordinator to work within our Head Office based in Tolworth. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive support to a busy team of Recruiters.

What You’ll Be Working On (Not restricted to):

• Working co-operatively with the recruitment team to deliver an effective recruitment service.
• Following up enquiries received from new applicants.
• Provide feedback to candidates following interviews.
• Sourcing candidates via job boards.
• Administration of new employee onboarding, processing offers and contracts.
• Hosting first stage interviews.
• Advertise positions on job boards and company website.
• Liaising with salon managers / area managers to keep recruitment needs up to date.
• Daily management of the applicant tracking systems- (progressing/regretting candidates, sending mailings, sending interview confirmations etc.)
• Maintenance of group email inboxes.
• Actively support the internal policies and best practice in the area of recruitment and selection at all times.

Job requirements and things we’d like to see in you:

• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to develop effective relationships with a wide variety of personalities.
• Good organisational and time management skills; able to prioritise and manage workload.
• Take personal responsibility for own work.
• Excellent team player who is willing to regularly help with tasks outside of own direct remit.
• Superb proficiency in IT skills particularly Outlook and Word, with some Excel.

This position is based at Headmasters’ Head Office, Tolworth, KT6 7DQ, Monday – Friday 08:30 – 16:30. Due to the nature of the business, Remote working is not possible for this position.

Salary: £20,000pa in addition to recruitment hiring bonuses.
