The Healthscope internal Talent Acquisition Team is growing! The Healthscope TA function is currently undertaking the exciting and rewarding rollout of a centralised recruitment process to our 42 hospitals. This is happening in a phased approach with the full team set up to deliver to all hospitals by this time in 2022. If you thrive in times of change and pride yourself on strong stakeholder engagement ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers we are looking for you!

In this role you will work closely with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive experience is had by all. Your role will see you work closely with the TA team as well as build relationships within the larger P&C and operational functions. As we have a range of positions available it means no matter where you are in your career we would love to understand your experience and future aspirations and how that may align to the positions we have available at Healthscope.

Essential Criteria:

• Excellent organisational and administrative and communication skills, including effective time management and prioritisation
• A strong attention to detail with a commitment to providing an exceptional experience to Hiring managers and candidates alike
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and cope with competing priorities
• Strong desire to learn from peers and improve skills
• Ability to build networks with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment (desirable)
