Job Title: Epic Help Desk Support – Revenue Cycle
Duration: 2 Month Contract
Location: 100% Remote – Eastern Time Zone
Work Hours: Will fall between 7am – 7pm EST, Mon – Fri, but may include some weekend work.
Overtime: Overtime will be expected, especially between 6/1 – 6/30, during go-live.
*MUST be authorized to work independently on W2. No third-parties, and no sponsorship.
Job Scope:
Serve as the front line of support in diagnosing and troubleshoot Epic end-user problems via telephone, voicemail or email. Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of the EHR configuration and workflow and working skills in keyboarding. Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with non-technical end-users. Ability to enter and resolve trouble tickets in our automated tracking system. Basic ability to troubleshoot a variety of computing, software, printer problems and workflow issues surrounding the use and function of the EHR.
