HCT Group Hiring for Finance Assistant Job at London, England Full Time

HCT Group is recruiting a Finance Assistant. The role sits within a busy finance function and requires a candidate who thrives within a varied finance position.

Reporting to the Financial Accountant, the Finance Assistant is to support the Financial Accountants, and wider finance team with day to day and monthly duties.

The successful candidate will 1-2 years’ experience in a finance role, experience of a similar sized business and detailed operational knowledge of purchase ledger, and general accounting experience. In addition, a knowledge of charitable/social enterprise organisations, a working knowledge of SAGE X3 and Freeway purchase ledger system would be beneficial.

This varied role supports HCT Group across all regions including Jersey & Guernsey, assisting with the preparation of financial accounts across the business by liaising with the relevant stakeholders where necessary.

The Finance Assistant is expected to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders across the group, positioning finance as an integral part of the business to drive change and high performance of the processes implemented and being developed.
