HealthCare Recruiters International is currently seeking a Clinical Director that is Master Prepared and Independently Licensed as a LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT for a large Adult Residential Treatment Program providing Alcohol and Drug recovery services though a 12 step program with proven outcomes for the underserved population in San Francisco, California.

• Clinical Director will work full-time, 40 hours per week, flexible hours, on-site
• Clinical Director will oversee and run all day-to-day operations for a 90-bed residential program
• Clinical Director will design, implement, and manage recovery curriculum
• Clinical Director will oversee client treatment plans, recovery plans, and the overall services
• Clinical Director will oversee a program where residents are enrolled from 6 months to 2 years
• Clinical Director will oversee clients coming from withdraw management program
• Clinical Director will run weekly case consult meetings with clinical staff and provide supervision
• Clinical Director will address grievances filed with the State of California Dept. of Healthcare Services Licensing as well as any other program service issues
• Clinical Director will ensure that the program is maintained in a clean, safe, sanitary, and alcohol and drug-free environment

Residential SUD – Clinical Director Requirements:

• Masters Degree and Independent Licensure
• LPCC, LCSW, LMFT
• CAC or LAC, strongly preferred in addition to professional licensure
• 2plus years of residential, PHO, IOP treatment in SUD – Recovery Program
• 2 plus years of Supervisory experience
• CA BBS #
• Previous experience or passion for working with the underserved

Residential SUD – Clinical Director Compensation:

• 135K – 145K annual

Pay: $135,000.00 – $145,000.00 per year
