Our mission is to provide exceptional care to patients experiencing arthritis, sports-related injuries, and chronic joint pain, using innovative and non-invasive techniques. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Louisville.

Position Overview

As our Receptionist, your primary responsibility is to ensure smooth operations within our Louisville office, for which we require your assistance one day a week. This important role demands excellent customer service and receptionist experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage appointment scheduling and handle requests for cancellations and rescheduling.
• Check-in and check-out patients efficiently and accurately.
• Input intake data into our system, maintaining accurate records.
• Keep inventory updated and organized.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and other administrative duties.

This is a part-time opportunity, with a competitive salary of $200 per day.
