The Role

The Workforce Management Analyst is responsible for maintaining workforce management and compliance training data integrity and accuracy in the Learning Management System (LMS) and other P&C systems as required.

This is a fixed term part time role until October 2024. You will be working 18.75 hours per week. You will have the flexibility to work these hours in the spread of 2.5 or 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

• Maintain workforce and course data in the LMS and other P&C systems as required such as adjusting compliance course due dates where needed, assigning compliance training to new starters and employees who have changed roles, processing requests to create, remove, update compliance assignments groups, as well as adding and removing users from the HCF LinkedIn Learning License
• Undertake regular auditing of information to ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Respond and resolve LMS queries within Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (Tier 1) and escalate more complex ones (Tier 2)
• Support the implementation of operational process improvements
• Document and map LMS processes and workflows as required
• Provide input to support the assessment of system updates and roll them out
• Maintain accurate and timely BAU ing, including but not limited to new hire s, termination s, E-learning outcome s, course completion s, compliance training s and ad hoc s
• Prepare high quality s and analysis as required
• Ensure data discrepancies are highlighted and addressed

About You

• Prior experience using HR Systems
• Demonstrated experience in ing and analysis
• Problem solving through analysis
• Proven ability to develop pragmatic and well considered solutions
• Experience in working with different stakeholders across the organisation
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure, with competing priorities
• Intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent time management / work organisation skills
