Role: Marketing Manager

Location: West Palm Beach, FL

American Yacht Group (AYG) is the #1 HCB Custom Yacht Dealer.

HCB Yachts is the world’s largest center console yacht manufacturer and is the only true luxurious center console yacht on the water. All vessels are completely customizable

with models ranging between 39’ – 65’ in length.

Requirements:

• Must possess demonstrated knowledge of editing software, photo and video equipment and applications.
• Must be passionate about marine work and have a thorough understanding

of all social media platforms.

• Must possess the ability to develop and generate creative material and content that will grow our brand.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives
• Create and manage content marketing campaigns to generate leads, increase website traffic, and engage with target audiences
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, drip campaigns, and promotional emails
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies
• Collaborate with President and internal stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that support business objectives, including product launches and promotions
• Manage social media channels, including content creation, community management, paid social advertising, live events (not limited to company mandated Boat Shows)
• Maintain all media equipment
• Organize and archive all media and content within company library
• Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results (increase online engagement/ grow followers) and ultimately improve ROI
• Monitor and on marketing metrics, including lead generation, website traffic, and email open rates
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts
• Execute and maintain all SEO for the website and make refresh adjustmetns to website frequently

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and content creation
• Experience with lead generation and marketing automation tools, such as Hubspot, LightSpeed, Dropbox
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive business results
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with experience in creating and editing content for digital channels
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
• Experience in the Yacht industry is a plus
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:$50 – $70K
