We have a unique role Talent Acquisition Specialist in IT. Due to investment in our IT services, our technology departments are going through a period of growth, enhancing current systems and implementing new ones, which requires recruiting for a large number of time-sensitive permanent and fixed-term contracts. These vacancies range from infrastructure architectures, helpdesk engineers, solutions analysts to diagnostic lead, to name a few.

Summary of duties

Regularly meet with our IT stakeholders, ascertain their business needs and take full vacancy briefs. Advertise all roles, use your network of contacts to generate candidates, creatively source for all positions, and engage with recruitment agencies with a pre-approved budget. You will own your vacancies and the end-to-end process of all candidate activity, organisation of interviews, and offers to process using our ATS. You will, have the support of resourcing onboarder for compliance checking. Your role also extends to completing weekly stakeholder project reports on the status of each vacancy.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with;

• Significant recruitment experience, in-house a Corporate Head-office setting with knowledge of the IT Talent Attraction market. Experience in using an ATS to process candidate applications and arrange interviews.

About the Department;

Our In-house resourcing team is well established, energetic and supportive. We have all the recruitment tools to support to you in your role. Currently, we are working part from home and part in our London Head Office. We use Workday as our ATS system, use several different advertising job boards, and each of us has a LinkedIn Licence. This role will solely own the IT vacancies, report to a Resourcing Business Partner, and have the potential to go permanent after 9 months.
