Haystack Consultants Hiring for Accounting and Bookkeeping Manager Job at Clovis, CA Full Time

Opportunity to work with multiple businesses handling controller and CFO level responsibilities, and supervise a team of bookkeepers that process payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and other bookkeeping functions.

This position is with one of the Central Valley’s most well respected CPA firms, and is available because of organic growth. The individual chosen for this role will train directly with one of the firm’s partners and projects be systematically transferred over time.

The firm is professional, team oriented and the focus is on providing outstanding service to their clients. The internal feel is casual and family friendly. There is very low internal turnover and opportunities within the firm are typically created due to expansion.

This role can be a career in and of itself, or a gateway to higher level positions within the organization. The firm prefers to promote from within and help their employees reach and exceed their professional goals.

A bachelor’s degree is required for this position and a CPA license is preferred, but not required. Strong consideration will be given to individuals who have 5 – 10 years experience in accounting (public or private), and have managed and coached a team of professionals in the past.

Pay: $93,860.37 – $125,094.20 per year
