Whether you’re looking for a long-term role to progress your career or simply day-to-day experience to provide you with the flexibility you need to keep up with a busy lifestyle, there are plenty of opportunities available. Within these roles, your key responsibilities will be to provide support to the teacher and pupils within the classroom. Depending on experience and preferences, will affect whether you will be supporting students within small groups, on a 1:1 basis, or aiding the teacher within the whole class. In all roles, you will be working within lovely and welcoming teams to create a productive and safe learning environment.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have recent and relevant experience supporting children or young adults in a professional capacity. You will be passionate about children’s learning and development and will be flexible in your approach. You must be confident, with the ability to get stuck in straight away and hit the ground running.
