Job Spec for Sales Coordinator/Telesales/Administrator
Tasks
• Online website orders
• Telephone and Email orders
• Quote requests
• Printed quotes
• Merchanted quotes
• Stationary orders
• Voicemails
• APC: booking plus daily checks and sorting problems
• Haulier Transport: booking
• Answering customer calls
• Customer card payments
• Entering purchase orders, sales orders and processing invoices and delivery notes in Sage
• Cold calling existing and potential new customers
• Purchasing
• Progress Chasing of outsourced orders
• Progress Chasing of old Sales Orders (for payments etc)

Key Skills Required:
Essential:
Excellent communication skills
High Level of Literacy and Numeracy
Computer-literate with working knowledge of Word and Excel
Self-motivation
Flexible attitude

Ideally:
Telesales experience
Knowledge of Sage accounting
Used to working in a hand-on role as part of a small team
