Your new role
We are recruiting for an administrator to join a small but very busy property team. This role will be to provide a wide range of on-site operational services, with a strong focus on reprographics as well as assisting with an office move and working in other departments when necessary.
Duties:-

• To produce and finish hard copy documents
• Scan hard copy originals to store on the document management system
• Manipulation and distribution of electronic documents using specialist software
• Use of secure file transfer process to send large electronic files to external recipients
• Liaising with customers and suppliers and dealing with queries and requests
• Assisting with incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintaining stock levels

This is a brand-new position that you will make your own. Hours are 35 per week.

What you’ll need to succeed
You must have excellent IT and communication skills. You will have experience of working in an office environment and be able to deal with people on all levels. You will be comfortable working in a 100%-office based position and in the centre of Sheffield.
