Hays Looking for Site Engineer – Rail at Cardiff Full Time

Urgent call for Setting Out Engineers on the Core Valley Lines Rail project in South Wales

Long term contract work
Mixture of day & night shifts
Attractive rates of pay inside IR35

· The works range from UTX’s, troughing, level boarding and drainage works, engineer needs to have a good background and be well rounded on civil works
· Shifts will vary between days and nights but mainly nights. These are dependent on possessions and accesses.
· Engineer will have to be familiar with using a GPS setting out kit and have to set out works for the teams as pert eh AFC drawings.
· Engineer will be required to be able to carry out site surveys, trial hole reports and update as built drawings for all projects.
· The engineer will also be responsible for quality control and inspections and updating the checklists relating to these as works progress on site.

Sentinel / PTS card required.
