A leading, internationally recognised financial services organisation has an opportunity for a tax professional to join their Sydney team.

Your new role


Your role as a Tax Client Service Manager is to oversee the successful delivery of tax services and ensure the accuracy to your group of clients. This will involve analysis, resolving technical and operational issues before the delivery of products to clients. You will be responsible for liaising with clients to ensure their needs are being satisfied and to discuss industry related and technical topics with them. In addition, you will required to:

• Provide year end audit management and planning
• Review of tax distributions and compliance deliverables
• Work closely with clients, auditors and internal teams to ensure the reports are fit for requirement.
• Actively managing risk, issues and incidents impacting Tax Reporting.

What you’ll need to succeed


You’ll be commercially astute, with an ability to build strong relationships with internal divisions of the company and to manage special projects and assignments. Other attributes you will have:

• Relevant degree in related discipline
• CA/ CPA qualified
• Strong accounting standards knowledge for investment trusts and superannuation funds
• Financial reporting experience – in particular investment trusts and superannuation funds
• Previous APRA and Regulatory reporting experience
