Your new role
As Talent Resourcing Coordinator, you will assist the Recruitment Partners to source high calibre candidates, delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Key accountabilities will focus on the implementation of effective candidate attraction strategies to identify and source relevant candidates, engagement with relevant social media platforms, writing high quality advertisements, interviewing candidates, conducting reference checks and maintaining operational compliance.

What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrated skills in building and maintaining relationships, possess strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be committed to providing outstanding customer service, demonstrate a high level of professionalism and also exhibit excellent communication skills. You might have a strong background in hospitality, retail or customer service and be looking to employ your skills in a new challenging career with unlimited scope for growth and development.
