Located in the southern suburbs of Brisbane, our client is a local Government Organisation. They require an experienced Talent Partner to support their established Talent Team for a temp contract.

Your new role

Your key responsibilities in this role will be to ensure the delivery of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for the organisation, key duties will include:

• Liaising with internal stakeholders in the organisation and attending job briefings, advertising jobs on relevant job boards, shortlisting, sourcing candidates, talent pooling, arranging and attending interviews
• You will manage a number of requisitions, ensuring you deliver practical recruitment strategies, services, and support for your recruitment portfolio
• Assisting the Talent team and working together when there is a higher volume of work or when someone is on leave
• Managing job offers through to employment contracts

What you’ll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will have previous Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment Partnering skills and experience. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnering skills are critical to this role.
