A dynamic healthcare organisation are seeking a Talent Coordinator to join on a initial 3 month basis.

Your new role
This role is responsible for providing advice and support to the People and Culture team on day to day recruitment activities. You will be responsible for end to end management of recruitment processes for clinical and non-clinical roles. Furthermore, you will be involved in talent attraction strategies with the wider business.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- 6 months+ experience in a recruitment role, either inhouse or agency
- Passion for helping people
- Solid understanding of Recruitment and Selection policies and procedures
