Your new role

Working in a large Talent Acquisition team you will be responsible for sourcing and selection of candidates for wide variety of roles, supporting business partners and hiring managers in the advertising, and coordination and sourcing Cvs and interviewing.

• You will also advise hiring managers on recruitment processes, compliance, Diversity & Inclusion,
• ATS and HRIS management
• Recruitment process advice and candidate experience management.
• You will work with a well established ATS, advertising tools and data base
• Advertising roles and sourcing, interview screening and coordinating interviews
• Managing end to end sourcing on some roles including corporate and customer service
• You will be speaking with and advising all levels of employees and managers across the business and partner closely with talent acquisition business partners and HR leaders.
• In addition you will provide HR advice and supporting as part of a wider Talent and HR team

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have at least 2 years recruitment experience either at Advisor level, Or recruitment Coordinator. You may also be an HR advisor who has a passion for recruitment You will ideally have worked in a fast paced, or high volume environment previous and have a good understanding of HRIS, ATS systems and processes You will be enthusiastic, passionate about candidate experience and be ambitious and driven to the very best
