Your new role

Your new role focuses on successful and efficient employee onboarding, recruitment methods, talent pipeline development, and attraction tactics. This person will look after talent acquisition will also ensure that recruitment efforts are in line with organisational priorities and strategy.

You will build strong relationships to understand organisational goals and provide a variety of talent acquisition solutions to satisfy a variety of stakeholder needs.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will have experience of identifying current and future needs and will be well experienced in managing the recruitment lifecycle from advertisement, to shortlisting, interviewing, compliance and onboarding. You’ll be comfortable with operating recruitment systems and consulting with line managers on recruitment needs.
