Your new organisation is a large Aged-Care provider with multiple facilities across Australia.

Your new role

Your new role will see you perform in a stand-alone role managing medium-high volume recruitment across all facilities. This will involve both proactive and passive sourcing, using multiple platforms to attract candidates. You will also be involved with the strategic performance of the talent space, including the support and implementation of new processes and systems as required.

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful, you must have had previous experience working in a Talent Acquisition role previously, ideally in an internal role recruiting across multiple areas or sites. You will work well in a high-volume environment and be able to work autonomously, while developing and maintaining strong internal relationships. You be passionate about the candidate experience, and have some exposure to the development and implementation of processes to enhance these experiences.
