Your new role

This role will oversee forecasting hiring needs, sourcing potential hires on various online channels, build relationships with candidates and hiring managers and evaluate candidates’ performance in interviews and assignments.

Responsibilities will include:

• Deliver full recruitment lifecycle from attraction to selection
• Develop and draw upon a multitude of attraction strategies to engage the right talent in a competitive market.
• Inform, educate & advise managers and employees on the interpretation and application of recruitment and onboarding policies, processes and associated services; ensuring consistent, accurate and timely advice is provided
• Deliver on-boarding services to new employees, facilitating group and one-on-one orientation sessions.
• Manage administration of the recruitment and onboarding systems and provide user advice and guidance.
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and variations of employment conditions for employees
• Accountable for creating and capturing accurate and complete records of the business activities related to this position, in accordance with approved policy and procedures

What you’ll get in return

This role offers you a generous annual salary of $100k plus super, full time hours and an ongoing permanent placement. This position is primarily WFH, with one day required in the office located in Moonee Ponds per week.
