Experienced Talent Acquisition Partner required for end to end opportunity based South of the River
Further growth has created the opportunity for an additional, experienced talent acquisition partner to join this proactive team based South of the River.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process across a diverse portfolio of roles.
Duties will include:
- Liaising with Hiring Managers to establish job briefings, descriptions and raise requisitions
- Adopting suitable attraction strategies
- Prescreening and shortlisting
- Coaching and developing line management in the recruitment process
- Face to face interviewing
- Proactive creation of candidate pipelines
- Management of the offer process
- Supporting human resources with required onboarding documentation
- Effective management and development of the Applicant Tracking System
- Provision of required reports and analytics

To be successful in your application, you will be an accomplished recruiter with the ability to use innovative approaches to attract top talent. You will possess the ability to manage multiple roles and liaise with multiple stakeholders to ensure best practice and performance.
The opportunity will offer a salary of between $100-120K plus superannuation and is based within a corporate office, South of the River.
