Your new role

Your key responsibilities in this role will be to ensure the delivery of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies for the business nationally. You will manage a number of recruitment requisitions, ensuring you deliver practical recruitment strategies, services, and support for the appointed recruitment portfolio.

What you’ll need to succeed

To excel in this role, you will have previous Talent Acquisition Partnering skills and demonstrated experience with traditional and non-traditional recruitment strategies. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, influencing and partnering skills are critical to this role.
