Due to considerable amount of growth within the ANZ market, HAYS Human Resources have partnered with an iconic luxury beauty brand to set up a team of 6 dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist’s. These opportunities are to commence on a temporary basis for approximately 5 months with chance of permanency. You will be joining an organisation that has a deep appreciation in understanding that their people are the Brand!

Your new role

Reporting into the Head of Talent and working in collaboration with the National Talent Acquisition Team, the purpose of these roles are to support the end to end recruitment and engagement of new employees. This includes candidate attraction and generation from multiple sources including advertising on various job boards, promotions and talent attraction via LinkedIn, networking and attending events, You will assess candidates by conducting telephone screening and comprehensive competency-based interviewing and then referring them onto the store managers to ensure a smooth engagement process occurs, You will also ensure all successful candidates are compliant for onboarding which includes comprehensive reference checks, VEVO checks and completion of all internal documents.

What you’ll need to succeed

With a background ideally in HR Administration / Talent / Recruitment / People and Culture, you are an inquisitive individual with exceptional communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. You thrive in working in a team environment and have the ability to multitask working in a fast-paced environment.
