Global Media brand with offices all over the world, is seeking an experienced and high performing Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their amazing talent and HR team in Sydney.
Your new role
Working as part of a wide Talent Acquisition team, and supporting a number of leaders and creative CEOs, you will manage your own portfolio of roles ranging from data insights to SEO, Digital Marketing, Strategy, Brand Managers, Technology focused role, Media Solutions, and client focused and corporate roles. You will have all the tools you need to attract the best talent including an excellent EVP and brand in the market. You will source strategically, spend time market mapping and talent pipe-lining. You will spend time consulting and working closely with your hiring mangers and leaders of the business and help delivery on talent projects and enjoy the candidate experience is second to none. In addition there is the opportunity to deliver on other people and culture programs including as well as D&I and Wellbeing projects..
What you’ll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner, Internal Recruiter, who has high standards, has worked in a best practice environment previously, appreciate recruitment processes and have a consultative approach to your sourcing. You will be strategic in your sourcing and thought processes and ensure you advise hiring managers on roles and the market whilst you source. You will have experience o using an ATS, Linkedin license and enjoy strategic sourcing for those hard to fill roles. You will be passionate about what you do and enjoy working as part of a team. Industry experience in Media or Digital would be highly desirable but not essential.

Salary is 110 – 130K base + super for the right person.
Start date – would be great to start before Christmas however they can consider interviewing now for a January 2022 start date also.
