Talent Acquisition Partner required for fast-paced, team environment – hybrid working arrangements

Our client is seeking the expertise of an experience talent acquisition partner who has experience of both white collar corporate and white collar technical portfolios.

Working within a team and ing to the HR Manager you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process including:

• Engaging with Hiring Managers to raise requisitions, create position descriptions and coordinate the recruitment process
• Proactive search and selection
• Management of the applicant tracking system, utilising Linkedin Recruiter and SEEK Talent Search
• Completing telephone screening and face to face interviewing
• Proactively supporting the internal and external branding
• Management of the offer and compliance process
• Supporting the on boarding process
• Creation of talent pipelines for the future

This is a proactive role where you will have access to all the tools and processes to succeed and will showcase your stakeholder engagement and management skills. You will be an experienced talent acquisition professional who is collaborative, a strong communicator and agile to react to both corporate and project environments. Prior exposure to the recruitment of senior based positions would support your application, and some Interstate travel may be required.
