Your new role

• Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be one of four new TA team members at the TA Coordinator level
• You will manage a busy support role helping the Head of Talent Acquisition in all areas of recruitment including coordinating adverts, linkedin page and applications, CV screenings, organising interviews, reference checking, compliance and system work
• You will also get involved in ad-hoc tasks as the team and business grows and take on other recruitment and HR related as needed.
• As the team growths you can support in other areas and also help with sourcing for positions and help coordinate recruitment campaign
• You will play a pivotal part in helping the Head of and TA Leads in recruitment processes, systems, EVP and talent attraction strategies.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Key requirement of all the roles is that you dont mind ambiguity, change and a little bit of chaos to begin with, as we know there are always teething issues in a start up world. However with the growth trajectory of this business and the strategic processes and systems being implemented now, you will soon have all the tools you need.
• You will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Administrator who has a strategic mindset and enjoys a fast paced culture and business.
• You will be hands on and happy to support the start up as it grows
• You will be experienced in managing high volume work to support in recruitment campaigns,
• Start dates: ASAP and can of course consider 4 week notice and ideally would like start dates before the festive period.
• Permanent and full time.
