Your new company is a large-scale, well-known heavy manufacturing organisation located in the south-east.

Your new role

Your new role will see you support the Talent Team coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to assist in the onboarding of contract staff. This will include:

• Liaising with agencies to communicate the organisation’s staffing needs
• Coordination of onboarding processes and checks prior to commencement of staff
• Scheduling interviews
• Administrative support to the wider HR team as needed

What you’ll need to succeed

To be successful in this position, you will be a driven and dynamic individual who is ready to roll their sleeves up and be a team player. You will have:

• Experience in recruitment or HR administration
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• An ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume environment
• An ability to have difficult conversations as required and communicate confidential matters appropriately
