HAYS Hiring for Talent Acquisition Advisor Job at Perth Full Time

Our client is currently undergoing a period of restructure, resulting in an opportunity for an experienced talent acquisition advisor to join their Perth based team.

Reporting into one of their Team Leaders, you will be responsible for a mixed portfolio of blue and white collar positions for either a specific site or numerous projects.

Tasks will include proactive search and selection using contemporary tools and systems, applicant pipelining, management of the end to end recruitment cycle, and coaching and development of the Hiring Managers to ensure best practice and effective engagement and retention.

This position will initially be offered as a temporary contract until Christmas, with a view to further extension.

To be successful in your application, you will be an experienced recruiter who can demonstrate your ability to follow process and procedures, and engage proactively with applicants within a challenging attraction market. Ideally you will have prior exposure to the mining sector, but otherwise experience from within a major contractor or large organisation will be considered.

This position will allow for a notice period of up to two weeks.
