Our Client is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator on a full-time temporary basis until 31 March 2022 with the possibility of further extension.

Your new role

You will commence ASAP working standard business hours Monday – Friday with a flexible work from home arrangement in line with Government health guidelines. You will be providing business support and service, utilising a variety of policies and procedures involving coordinating the activities of others or supporting a manager and their team or business unit.

Responsibilities will include:

• Support Talent Acquisition Specialists in the coordination, execution and tracking of the recruitment process, E.g. resume screen, schedule and book interviews, reference check
• Maintain and use TURBO Recruit in accordance with our recruitment model
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to provide an excellent candidate experience
• Respond to telephone and email queries to closure
• Provide the highest standard of client service through accurate, consistent and timely delivery of information and service to all employees in relation to recruitment services
• Prepare and issue employment contracts and variations of employment conditions for both Award and Executive employees
• Provide user advice and guidance to employees and managers in relation to HR systems, including TURBO Recruit
• Support and maintain compliance activities including ensuring receipt of onboarding and background check documents
• Participate in projects and activities as required
• Monitor data, system and process integrity and adherence to procedure, audit and work practices
• Ensure all documentation is retained in accordance with record retention policies and filed promptly
• Any other reasonable and related duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the workplace

What you’ll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need:

• Experience in a similar role
• Previous data entry experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage applicant tracking systems
• Recruitment/HR knowledge
• Client service experience and customer focus
• Demonstrated ability to liaise on a professional level with a diverse client/stakeholder group
• Have the ability to work from home
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with exceptional organisation
• High attention to detail
• IT proficiency and experience in MS Office including Excel
