Your new role

Located in the Queensland office and reporting to the Commercial Manager, our client require a commercially focused finance professional with a record for delivering results and supporting the business. This role is responsible for the management accounting of the QLD business and managing a team of finance and admin professionals. You will complete monthly accounting tasks, including P&L statements, analysis of financial performance, general ledger entries and account reconciliations. This role also has a strong focus around stock valuation.

What you’ll need to succeed

A degree and CA/CPA qualification is essential for this role. You will also have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role. Manufacturing industry experience is highly advantageous but not essential. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven analytical background and experience with ERP systems and BI platforms. You will also have the ability to motivate and lead a team.
