What you’ll need to succeed

You will already be an accomplished recruiter in a specialist market, your professionalism and exceptional communication skills will ensure you provide the best service in the market and be a go to industry expert. You know that you’ve got what it takes because you are:

• Highly motivated with 2+ years recruitment experience
• Committed and confident in building partnerships with customers, focusing on creating strong candidate networks
• Solution focused, respectful and always looking to do the right thing for those you encounter
• Ambitious to think beyond; to achieve improved solutions for clients, candidates, and colleagues
