Due to rapid growth, our client is seeking a senior human resource advisor to assist the business As the Senior HR advisor, you will support the HR Manager in all generalist HR activities across all sectors of the business. This role will see you leading full recruitment strategies, review and advise on HR policies and processes, and implement employee well-being and benefit initiatives.

What you’ll need to succeed

Achievement of qualifications in Human Resource Management or related disciples will lead to your success as well as:

• Demonstrated experience in providing high quality human resource advisory
• Well versed across current legislation and precedents;
• Influential communication and stakeholder engagement skills;
• Adapt problem solving skills and time management to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy;
• Experience in supporting HR managers in retention methods
