A market leading professional services company have a unique opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join their Tech Risk team based in NSW.

Your new role

You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of IT Risk and Assurance services, including IT external and internal audits, service organisation controls reporting, IT risk assessments and IT project assurance reviews across multiple industries.

You will also be assisting with the development of client audit plans and the scoping of individual IT audit projects and risk mitigation activities.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver continuous improvement initiatives as well as mentor and develop members of this integral team.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Proven experience in contributing to technology risk and control strategies together with a strong understanding of IT auditing practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present as a credible expert in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• A passion to work collaboratively with both internal and external customers and ambition to further develop your ability to manage client and stakeholder relationships.
• Bachelor or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Technology or a related area with a keen interest in technology risks and/or assurance.
• Experience working in an auditing related role within FinTech environments, such as Insurance or Banking will be highly regarded.
