We are looking for driven Recruitment Partners to join our Technology team based in our Hays Sydney CBD office. In this role you get the opportunity source talent for start-ups and scale-ups in the Technology space. In collaboration with the Client Engagement Manager, you will find suitable candidates talent using our “find & engage” methodology and tools and active networking in your industry as well as advertise your current and upcoming job vacancies to attract candidates within your specialist industry. Your role will include:

• Pre-screening of candidates via phone and conduct interviews virtually and face to face
• Skill match candidates to the relevant job vacancies and create a specific candidate short list to present to your clients
• Manage candidate interviews with hiring managers, conduct references on your clients’ behalf as well as negotiate salary and start dates for your candidate
• Continue to develop your industry knowledge, make recommendations for your candidates and work collaboratively with your team and adhere to your set targets and KPI’s

Ideally you will have experience working in a recruitment role, as a resourcer or internal recruiter or in sales. Experience in Technology recruitment is advantageous but not essential but an understanding or interest in Technology would set you up for success! You will have confidence to establish quality relationships and the ability to identify opportunities for your candidates. In this role at Hays we will offer you:
