A not for profit organisation with a specialist focus for supporting people within the community, with offices based centrally in the Perth Metropolitan area.

Your new role

An end to end recruitment role, providing support across operational and corporate roles at a mix of levels. This role will be fast paced and varied, using local jobs boards to post vacancies and using the likes of LinkedIn Recruiter and other search & selection tools to source for hard to fill roles. You will partner with hiring managers and provide coaching on current market trends.

What you’ll need to succeed

Prior experience in end to end recruitment is essential, as well as having the ability to manage high volumes of work and multiple tasks at any given time. You will have previously used Seek, LinkedIn and other jobs boards as well as having HRIS or ATS experience.
