Your new role

Your new role as the Recruitment Advisor will see you manage a fast-paced, national portfolio across varied roles. 80% of these will be blue-collar, however you’ll also work on corporate position as they arise. This role will require you to develop and maintain strong relationships across various stakeholders across the country, and utilise a proactive approach to sourcing and identifying quality candidates.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to succeed in this role, you will have at least 2 years’ experience in an end-to-end recruitment position, either internally or with an agency, and will ideally have blue-collar experience. You’ll be able to work across multiple roles at once, manage changing priorities and be able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business. Experience using PageUp and/or Seek Premium Talent Search is ideal but not essential.
