Your new role

As a Recruitment advisor you will be part of the P&C Team and will work together with the TA team. Responsibilities:

• Delivery on end to end recruitment for a variety of roles from event managers, to policy developers, communications specialists and project managers amongst others.
• Advising Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies, policies and procedures.
• Developing relationships with Hiring Managers and candidates.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Relevant experience in a similar role delivering end to end recruitment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Government experience is highly desirable
• SuccessFactors or TALEO experience is highly desirable
