A global mining conglomerate with major operations in Central and Western Queensland is looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join their operations in Mount Isa. Their Mount Isa operations is one of the worlds largest mining complexes focusing on extraction and processing of Copper and Iron Ore.

Your new role

Your position as the Recruitment Advisor will join a multidisciplinary team of Human Resource Professionals to establish the strategic direction of operations. Your role in this will be to advise leaders on labour market insights, as well as proactively sourcing candidates and attracting talent.

What you’ll need to succeed

To effectively comment and advise leaders on labour market insights you will require significant experience in inhouse recruitment and/or as consultancy in the heavy and mining industry. Experience in underground mining would be advantageous to your application.
