Your new role

You will work collaboratively in the 3-5 room with 2 other educators and 20 children per day. Your role involves programming and contributing to the curriculum cycle by observing the children and critically reflecting.

You will work as part of a close-knit and enthusiastic team and will be offered various paid training and professional courses to develop your career. Similarly management promote form within, so you will be offered future progression opportunities.

You can work full time over 4 days or part time hours if required.

What you’ll need to succeed

• A Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services
• A passionate and dedicated approach
• A commitment to your career in the Early Childhood industry
• The ability to travel to Freshwater for work
