A Construction organisation location in Melbourne’s West are seeking someone to join their Finance team.
Your new company
Our client has been in the industry for over 24 years, growing and expanding with their commercial carpentry, façade cladding to labour hire.
Your new role
- Processing payroll for 150 staff
- End-end payroll function
- Accounts Payable duties when necessary
- EBA understanding
- Tax, Super and Compliance
- Timesheets
- Prepare and maintain payroll and accounting documents, records and reports
- Processing new employee contracts and terminations
- Responding to internal payroll enquires
What you’ll need to succeed
- 7+ years experience within payroll
- Strong award and EBA knowledge
- Previous experience working for a similar organisation
- Enjoys working in a stand alone role
- Exceptional communication skills and natural ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
