Permanent Opportunity for a Payroll/Accounts Payable Officer.
Your new company
You will be joining the finance team in a highly regarded organisation that provides great customer outcomes in the Eastern Suburbs. This company will offer insight to Xero and end to end payroll and is an excellent opportunity to develop both your accounts and communications skillsets.
Your new role
In this permanent role you will be responsible for the following:
- Processing fortnightly and weekly payroll within the time frames allocated.
- Interpreting EBAs and complex industry awards.
- Liaising with employees and management to resolve payroll issues and general enquiries.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounting duties.
- Assisting with projects such as rates analysis and data integration.
What you’ll need to succeed
- Able to work within a team effectively and collaboratively.
- A sound understanding of major ERP systems.
- Confident with modern awards or worked in various industries.
- Experience in the construction industry is desirable.
