This high profile stakeholder in the energy sector has 2 projects of critical significance. They are building their capability and require a back-end development for an initial 6 month contract (likely to extend)

Your new role

This hands-on development role will have you working closely with a talented team of Full Stack Developers, Cloud Engineers, Development Lead, Test Lead and Product Owners.
You will be required to actively participate in the full software development life-cycle, designing, integrating and delivering software. However, the most important aspect of this role is the ability to maintain and improve 2 brand new applications and their back-end server-side architecture.

What you’ll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing software builds, coding, testing, and automating deployment. You will have a strong track record of implementing complex projects on-time and within budget within an agile working environment.

You will need a solid mix of experience in the follow technical areas:

• MS SQL Service or Oracle PL/SQL is a must have
• C#, .NET Core
• REST, JSON, API development
• DevOps concepts, including Micro-services
• Azure architecture
• Agile experience
