Your new role

In your new role as a Mortgage Servicing Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to every customer who have enquiries regarding home loans. On a day to day, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for customers who have questions regarding their home loans
• Provide exceptional customer service and bring your unique personality to every call
• Educate customers around banking products and services
• Navigating through multiple different banking systems and tools
• Utilising resources to assist customer enquiries
• Have a good understanding of updated banking policies, procedures, and legislation

This is a 6-month temporary assignment with the view to extend or go permanent and your hourly rate will be $29.59 plus super. It is a full-time role where you will be working an average of 37.5 hours a week. You will be working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday and Saturday 9am-6pm.

What you’ll need to succeed

You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have:

• Experience in customer service such as a call centre, retail, face to face or hospitality
• Relevant tertiary degree such as Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting (Preferred)
• Passionate about helping customers
• Proven communication skills, the ability to connect with customers and to assist them with their queries
• Demonstrated attention to detail
