Your new role

The tasks you will be responsible for within this role include:

• Monthly BAS preparation
• 3 month rolling cashflow forecast
• Clean import loan payment preparation/update registry for usage and repayment
• Releasing Accounts Payable invoices in workflow
• Coordinate vendor set up and vendor queries and missing invoices
• Commission calculation
• Gross working capital monitoring and follow up: obsolete inventory, stock aging sales manager, inventory next 3 month update
• Sales and margin analysis: customer evolution, gross margin analysis
• OPEX analysis and reporting: production volume production cost analysis, production absorption report, overhead cost monitoring

What you’ll need to succeed

• Relevant University degree – majoring in Finance, Accounting or Economics
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial planning/analysis
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Thorough understanding of Accounting software’s
• Advanced Excel, Office skills
