Your new company

This expanding organisation is currently looking for an immediately available Internal Recruiter who will join an energetic and highly motivated team. You will assist in sourcing excellent talent to accommodate growth within the organisation. The role will initially be for up to 6 months with the potential to extended until early 2023. This positions is a temporary role that is offering fulltime or part time (.8) and is also a combination of working from the office and from home.

Your new role

This position of Internal Recruiter will be a vital part of the recruitment and resource function and you will be responsible for recruiting across a varied portfolio of positions. Duties will include but are not limited to – taking detailed job briefs, writing & posting job ads, phone screening, developing a talent pool, arranging interviews, reference checking, liaising with Line Managers and managing agency relationships along with onboarding.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will come from a recruitment background either internal or agency and looking to make the change. Alternatively, you may be from a HR background with a high level of recruitment experience within your role.
This position is an ASO 5 / 6 opportunity with one of our key State Government clients located in Adelaide’s CBD
